PM chairs law, order meeting

QUETTA June 2 (PPI): Government is fully committed to wife out terrorism and extremism from the country.
This was stated by Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif while chairing a high-level meeting on the law and order situation in Balochistan at Governor House here Tuesday.
Balochistan Governor Mohammad Khan Achakzai, Chief Minister Balochistan Dr Abdul Malik Baloch, Federal Ministers Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Abdul Qadir Baloch, Minister of State Jam Kamal, Commander Southern Command Lt General Nasser Khan Janjua, Inspector General Frontier Corps Maj General Sher Afgun, Seniro Minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri, Home Minister Sarfaraz Bugti, Chief Secretary Saifullah Chatha and other senior officials attended the meeting.
Prime Minister directed for the immediate arrest of the perpetrators of the Mastung incident. Meeting also offered Fateha for departed souls in Mastung incident.
Balochistan Chief Secretary Saifullah Chattha briefed the meeting on the law and order situation in the province in general and the Mastung incident in particular.
Nawaz Sharif said that his government is committed to eradicating the menace of terrorism and extremism from the country. He said Mastung incident is shocking.
He stated that Operation Zarb-i-Azb was launched against terrorists to ensure durable peace in the country.
He said enemies of Pakistan are hatching conspiracies to weaken it as they cannot tolerate development and prosperity in the country. We are determined to wipe out terrorism,? he added.
