QUETTA: The Provincial President of Pakistan Muslim League (PML-Q) and Minister, Sheikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhail has underlined the need to make the educational institutions and health centers more effective so that the people may benefit from them in a big way.
He was talking to a delegation of the PML-Q here the other day.
Sheikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhail said that heads of the concerned departments have been asked to reopen the closed institutions and centers.
The Minister asserted that the teachers and doctors would have to be present at the place of their posting.
Otherwise, they would have to be ready to face the music, he maintained.
The members of the delegation on the occasion informed the Minister that the educational institutions and Basic Health Units (BHUs) of Kakar Khurasan are non-functional and their staff is absent from their duties.
Meanwhile, the Minister talked to the Secretary Education and Secretary Health and informed them about the situation asking them to take necessary steps to address the issues.
