BBA calls for boycott of courts’ proceedings

QUETTA: Balochistan Bar Association (BBA) is going to observe boycott of the courts’ proceedings all over the province including Quetta against the ethnic cleansing of Muslims in Burma today (Monday).
According to the President of BBA, Bilal Anwar Kasi Advocate, the lawyers would not be appearing in the courts as a mark of protest.
The lawyers would also take out protest rally at 11:00 AM the same day from District Court denouncing cruelties against Muslims in Burma and demanding religious freedom.
The President of BBA strongly condemned the genocide of Burmese Muslims and said that silence of the Muslim countries is just sorrowful and matter of great concern. He also said that the international community was showing double standards over the genocide of Muslims in Burma.
