QUETTA: The provincial government is determined to promote agriculture sector in the province.
This was stated by the Provincial Secretary Agriculture, Abdul Rehman Buzdar while addressing a ceremony on occasion of arrival of 40 bulldozers at the Port Qasim of Karachi the other day. The bulldozers costing millions of rupees have been purchased from France for the Agriculture Engineering Department of Balochistan for development of the agricultural development in the province.
The Secretary believed that the bulldozers would help bring about a revolution in the agriculture and agricultural engineering in the province.
Meanwhile, talking to the media, the Secretary Agriculture said that the bulldozers were purchased from France with the aim to utilize them for development of agriculture sector in the province. This would help boost the agricultural economy in the province, he further said.
He on the occasion also termed the purchase of 40 bulldozers from France and now their arrival from there as a big achievement of the present provincial government.
It is an unforgettable achievement, rather, the Secretary Agriculture said adding that the Chief Minister, Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch and his provincial cabinet deserve much appreciation and congratulation on this achievement.
