Long term planning needed to resolve issues of masses

QUETTA: The former caretaker Chief Minister, Nawab Ghous Bakhsh Barozai and former Provincial Minister, Mir Balkh Sher Mazari had separate meetings with the Governor, Muhammad khan Achakzai here the other day.
Different matters mostly pertaining to the province and its people were discussed during the meeting.
Talking to Nawab Barozai, the Governor stressed the need to prepare long term planning for resolving the issues facing the people as we can’t overcome them remaining in our limited resources through short-term solution.
He also stressed that availability of resources is need of the hour to combat the numerous issues facing the people.
The Governor said that the steps taken by the present provincial government for development in the province are yielding positive results.
He urged the masses to adopt austerity and positive approach in every sphere of life.
Meanwhile, a leader of the Pashtoonkhaw Milli Awami Party (PkMAP), Yousaf Kakar also called on the Governor, Muhammad Khan Achakzai.
