QUETTA: A consultative meeting was held under the auspices of department of Industries and Commerce Balochistan to discuss the issues of industrialists and traders, here the other day.
The Secretary Industries and Commerce, Abdul Fateh Bhangar presided over the meeting.
The Director Livestock department, Dr. Noor Ahmed Baloch, Secretary Welfare Board, Labour Department, Attaullah Jogezai, Federal Board of Investment’s Dr, Muhammad Riaz, General Manager, National Bank of Pakistan, Mustafa Jamali, Additional Secretary Development, Dastaghir Khan, Pakistan Custom’s Sajjad Haider, President Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Musa Khan Kakar, besides representatives of different associations.
Different issues of the industrialists and traders were discussed. Certain suggestions were also given to address the issues being faced by them.
The participants termed Pak-China economic corridor as a milestone in development of the province.
They said that the multi-faceted project would not only bring prosperity, but it would also usher in a revolution in the province.
It would also brighten future of the province, they believed.
It was suggested to establish special economic zones in different areas of the province to boost trade and economy.
