BHC appoint 35 candidates as Civil Judges / Judicial Magistrates

QUETTA: The Chief Justice Balochistan High Court (BHC) has appointed following 35 candidates as Civil Judges / Judicial Magistrates (BPS-18).
This was announced in an official notification issued here by the BHC the other day.
According to the notification, the appointment has been made by the Honourable Chief Justice on recommendation of the Balochistan Judicial Selection Board.
Those who have been appointed are included: Miss Paraksa Noor daughter of Mushtaq Ahmed, Shakeel Ahmed Lashari son of Shabeer Ahmed, Aminullah son of Haji Noor Ali, Waseem Ahmed son of Ghulam Haider, Muhammad Shabbir son of Muhammad Luqman, Miss Sharina Daud daughter of Daud Shah, Saddam Hussain son of Muhammad Iqbal, Munawar Ali son of Ahmed Ali, Mrs. Faiza Bakhtawar W/O Muhammad Nasir, Muhammad Zakria son of Ghulam Ali, Shakir Ali son of Muhammad Hussain, Asadullah son of Khalil Ahmed, Iftikhar Ahmed son of Noor Ahmed, Muhammad Haroon son of Raho Khan, Manzoor Ahmed son of Abdul Hameed, Izhar Ahmed son of Noor Ahmed, Amanullah son of Qadir Bakhsh, Miss Ayesha Kakar daughter of Haji Abdul Hameed, Miss Naima Mubeen daughter of Pervaiz Akhtar, Miss Wasila Kakar daughter of Haji Azizullah, Abdul Jabbar son of Haji Inam, Shah Baran son of Mir Amir Jan, Muhammad Akram son of Khuda Bakhsh, Miss Samina Nasreen daughter of Muhammad Mustafa, Muhammad Waris son
of Hamza, Ihtram-ul-Haq son of Liaquat Ali, Iftikhar Ahmed son of Muhammad Yousaf, Jehanzeb son of Abdul Rasheed, Bashir Ahmed son of Abdul Karim, Azhar-ud-Din son of Haji Niaz Muhammad, Muhammad Kabeer son of Saleem Khan, Saleem Ullah Kakar son of Haji Nasrullah, Sabir Jan son of Muhammad Ibrahim, Bismillah son of Musa Jan and Miss Anas Gul daughter of Muhammad Ismail.
According to the notification, they shall remain on probation as per Rule-8 of the Balochistan Civil Judges / Judicial Magistrates Services Rules, 2002.
It may be mentioned here that a total 92 candidates had passed the written examination and qualified for the interview to be conducted for the post of Judicial Magistrate / Civil Judge.
Out of them, 35 candidates were declared successful after the interviews conducted.
