QUETTA: Transfers and postings of the Qazis have been made with immediate effect in the province.
According to an official notification issued here by the Registrar of Balochistan High Court, Mr. Abdul Hafeez has been transferred from Kohlu to Turbat, Mr. Maqbool Ahmed has been transferred from Uthal to Kharan while the newly appointees waiting for their posting including Mr. Muhammad Qasim has been posted in Barkhan, Mr. Samiullah posted in Killa Saifullah, Mr. Ulas yar Khan posted in Panjgoor, Mr. Abdul Salam Mengal posted in Bori / Sinjavi, Mr. Ahmed Shah posted in II-Khuzdar, Mr. Fida Ahmed posted in Soorab, Mr. Muhammad Aslam posted in Mashkai Awaran, Mr. Asmatullah posted in Basima, Mr. Muhammad Yahya Meskanzai posted in Sarawan at Mastung, Mr. Muhammad Ibrahim posted in Lehri at Dhadar, Mr. Abdul Khaliq posted in Uthal, Mr. Akhtar Shah posted in Dasht (Mastung), Mr. Saifullah Khan posted in Kohlu and Mr. Shoaib Ahmed posted in Tump.
Similarly, Moulvi Mehmood Ahmed has been transferred from Basima and posted in Dera Bugti, Mr. Ehsanullah has been transferred from Panjgoor and posted in Bhag, Mr. Ghulam Nabi has been transferred from Turbat and posted as Additional Qazi Kharan, Mr. Fida Hussain transferred from Dasht (Mastung) and posted as Qazi, I-Khuzdar and Mr. Bashir Ahmed has been transferred as Additional Qazi, Kharan to Dalbandin.
The notification further said that the Qazi, Turbat shall hold the additional charge of the court of Family Judge, Turbat.
Moreover, the transfers and postings of Members of Majlis-e-Shoora have also been made.
According to the notification, the newly promoted and waiting for posting, Moulvi Noor Ahmed Habibi has been posted in Dera Murad Jamali, Maulvi Mufti Abdullah posted in Gawdar, Mr. Khalil Ahmed posted in Khuzdar and Mrs. Ruqia Bibi posted in Kalat.
Similarly, Moulvi Abdul Wasay Nassir has been transferred from Kalat and posted in Turbat, Moulvi Muhammad Ayub transferred from Dera Murad Jamali to Killa Saifullah, Syed Moulvi Sultan Shah transferred from Loralai and posted in Zhob and Moulvi Abdul Qadir has been transferred from Zhob and posted in Loralai.
The notification mentioned that the Member Majlis-e-Shoora Kohlu shall hold the additional charge of the Court of the Member Majlis-e-Shoora, Barkhan while Member Majlis-e-Shoora Loralai shall hold the additional charge of the Court of the Member Majlis-e-Shoora, Musa Khail at Loralai.
