Processing and marketing of camels’ milk project discussed

QUETTA: The project of processing and marketing of the camels’ milk was discussed during a meeting of the Livestock Department here the other day.
The Secretary Livestock Department, Muhammad Siddique Mandokahil chaired the meeting.
Director General Livestock, Dr. Ghulam Hussain Jaffar, Director Farms, Dr. Faiz Muhammad, Director Planning Dr. Noor Ahmed Baloch, besides others.
The meeting was informed about the planning made for the project of processing and marketing of the milk of camel in the province.
DG Livestock briefed the participants in detail about the project.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that the camels are gift of the nature and the province is blessed with it in abundance.
Balochistan has some 42 percent of total number of camels found in Balochistan, he informed.
