FC secured successes during past 4 months

HQ : Frontier Corps Balochistan and sensitive agencies have secured remarkable successes during their battle for elimination of terrorism and establishing law and order during past four months.
During targeted operations in all the districts of Balochistan for elimination fo terrorists on information of sensitive agencies hundred s of terrorists including their commanders were not only killed but huge arms, ammunition and explosives were also seized.
This was stated by Spokesperson Government of Balochistan Anwarul Haq Kakar at a Press briefing here Friday. Provincial Home Minister Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti and DIG FC Brigadier Tahir Mahmood were also present.
He said FC and sensitive agencies from December 1. 2015 till todate 417 targeted operations were conducted for the elimination of terrorists in the province in which 92 terrorists including key commanders were killed and 1844 suspected people were taken into custody. Durign these operations 820 small and big arms, 56986 ammunition and 10727 Kg explosives were recovered.
FC rounded up 6151 foreigners and handed them over to FIA for further action. Besides FC also recovered narcotics worth billions during these four months while the operation as still underway, he added.
He said terrorists wanted to make failure Sea Pack project. He said 200 million people are determined to continue work on this project and it would be completed. Zero tolerance for terrorism and for law and order would be observed.
He also gave details of intelligence based targeted operations in almost whole of Balochistan during four months.
Home Minister told that during these operations Aslam Acchu Number two of Herbiar Marri and Dr Mannan leading BLF after killing of Dr Allah Nazar were killed.
Home Minister Sarfraz Bugti, Spokesperson Anwarul Haq Kakar and DIG FC Brig Tahir Mahmood were shown arms, ammunition, explosives and other goods seized during operations.
