NAB action against Secretary Finance echoes in BA

HQ: Arrest of Secretary Finance Balochistan by NAB echoed in provincial Assembly here Saturday and members fully supporting NAB action for end of corruption termed it positive move.
Members in the House former Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch (National Party), Opposition leader Maulana Abdul Wasay (JUI), Khalid Langav (National Party), Engineer Zamrak Achakzai (ANP), Abdul Rehman Khetran (JUI), Mustafa Tareen (PMAP) speaking on points of order in the house took stance that all cases of corruption should be probed transparently and indiscriminately from 2002 till todate.
They said Parliament is most sovereign and respected forum of the country. But elected representatives are also answerable to the electorate.
They said what was the programme of transfer of this huge money.
Another member demanded probe into corruption of Secretary Finance through Joint Investigaiton Team consisting of FIA, Anti Corruption and NAB to ensure transparent investigaiton.
A member said National Party has written a history by presenting it for accountability which is a good sign. Government fully supports NAB investigaiton.
House chaired by Speaker Ms Rahila Durrani would now meet on May 9.
