Levies recover huge Charas: DC Lasbella

UTHAL Sep 28 (PPI): Levies force recovered large quantity of Charas form a car and arrested five accused including three children. The car was going to Karachi from Quetta Wednesday.
This was stated Deputy Commissioner Lasbella Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah Hashmi at a Press conference.
He said he received that huge quantity of Charas was being smuggled form Quetta to Karchi via RCD highway.
On his directives all the vehicles were thoroughly checked at Levies check in the district. On the night of Tuesday and Wednesday Assistant Commissioner Bela Shah Fahad and Tehsildar Bela Naseer Ahmed Jamote checked a 2-D car No.PS-744 and seized 155 Kg high quality Charas from its secret cavities.
Two persons Abdul Wahid and Mst Rukhsana wife of Noor Ahmed (Quetta) along with three children wee taken into custody. DC said value of the seized Charas runs in millions in international market.
