CM opens Trauma Centre

QUETTA Oct 2 (PPI): Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri formally opened Trauma Centre here Sunday. Trauma Centre has been established at civil hospital here.

Provencal Ministers Rehmat Baloch, Abdul Rahim Ziaratwl, Dr Hamid Achakzai, Obedullah Babat, MPA Nasurllha Zeray, Chief Secretary Saifullah Chatha, IG Police Ahsan Mahbub, Secretary Health Dr Omar Baloch and others attended.

Chef Minster visited operation theatre, wards, medicine store and other parts where he was briefed on these sectors.

He was told that Trauma Centre building has cost rupees 132 million and rupees 320 have been spent for medical equipment at operation theatre and other sector. Tenders for these have been issued and soon these equipment would be installed at the Centre including ventilator, x ray plant and other modern apparatus.

Doctors, surgeons and other medical staff has been deployed t the 52-bed trauma centre which generators have also been installed there.

Chief Minister directed that availability of equipment must be ensured in time, doctors and medical staff should remain present at their duty so that in case of any emergency affectees should be provided medical aid in time.
