QUETTA Oct 6 (PPI): An All Parties conference would be organized on October 28 and a public meeting would be held on October 26 against change if route of CPEC, August 8 incident and unnecessary harassment of Pashtoons by NADRA. Party leader Asfand Yar Wali would also participate.
This was disclosed by Preisdnet Awami National party (ANP) Balochistan Asghar Achakzai at a Press conference her eThursdy. He ws flanked by MPA Engineer Zamrak Achakzai, provincial secretary Generla haji Nizamuddin Kakat, Omar Farooq kasi and others.
Asghar Achakzia said that our struggle against alleged change in western route of CPEC, August 8 incident and unnecessary harassment of Pashtoon by NADRA in Balochistan and other parts of the country was continuing at various levels. Meetings of Central Working committee, Central Cabinet and others wee held recently and under their decisions protest demonstrations were organized against no work on western route of CPEC. Party Chief Asfand Yar Wali and other leaders would carry out visit of Balochistan from October 25 to 29. They would address a public meeting on October 26 at Sadiq Shaheed Ground, provincial council meeting would be held on October 27 and All Parties Conference would be held on October 28. Except four allies of provincial government all political and religious parties have been invited.
During his visit Asfand Yar Wali would condole with Lawyers at Balochistan High Court and would also address.
Asghar Achakzai said despite in the presence of entire leadership and Prime Minister several times announcement of work of western route of CEC no progress has been made yet. No action has been taken by provincial government after August 8 incident. He said no action has been taken against any one after the incident. Provincial government wants to divert attention of people to some other direction.
FC has been assigned responsibility for law and order in Quetta City. They way Chief this is not tradition of any nation or tribe in neither Balochistan nor Islam permits such things. We fully hare grief of affected families.
Chief Secretary and IG Police were summoned in the court. IG FC should also be called there.
Strongly condemning killing of Hazara women at Pod Gulli chowk he said it is not tradition of any nation or tribe living in neither Balochistan nor Islam allows such things.
Considering Pashtoons as Afghan refugees by NADRA is also a condemnable step.
He said Chinese Ambassador in reply to a letter written by Khyber Pashtoonkhwa Government made t clear that CPEC has no Western route unveiling factual position and it was clear that this is not Pak-China but Punjab-China Economic Corridor and it should be called in this name. Earlier Punjab had made agreement with Turkey for Metro Buses had this agreement between Punjab and China it should have been better.
We demand of Prime Minister to ensure implementation f Western Route of CPEC according to agreement. He said Party Chief Asfand Yar Wali has made it clear several times future of our coming generations is associated with CPEC and w would not leave this at any cost. The statement of Chinese ambassador is not his own but it has been described from his mouth. He has adopted stance that in work on 16 projects was underway in Balochistan and 8 projects in KP. Had there is such any one of the same should be shown to us he added.
MPA Zamrak Achakzai said change of Commissioner Quetta and Deputy Commissioner has been prepared much earlier by people in provincial government but they have changed now despite the fact Police controls law and order situation and Police is not in control of these two.
