QUETTA, Oct 17 (APP): Speaker, Balochistan Assembly, Ms. Raheela Hameed Khan Durrani has expressed her deep sorrow and grief over death of Protocol Officer of the Provincial Assembly, Muhammad Ishaq Parkani.
