QUETTA Oct 21 (PPI): Those returning after accepting Constitution of Pakistan would be welcomed. There will be no use of talks with those not accepting Pakistan. Dialogues are in process with those sitting outside but it is not one sided affair. Under admitted principles of talks they have to retreat and we would also go back form out stand. But it would not be blood shed with RAW funding. Balochistan has been put on right track. Now form Chaman to Karachi journey is carried out without fear.
This was stated by Balochistan chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri while speaking with participation of 20 Senior Management court from National School of Public Policy here Friday.
Replying to questions of participants Chief Minister said we once again invite those sitting outside to accept Pakistan and its constitution, come back and join national mainstream. Whether they do national or regional politics it is their will. If people give them mandate we would accept it.
He said those surrendering arms according to government policy are welcomed with open heart. Recently several people have laid down their weapons and joined national mainstream.
He said Pakistan is our motherland and we even can’t think of treason. He said National Action Plan is being implemented according to its spirit and law and order situation has improved.
Answering a question Chief Minister said electronic media does not cover Balochistan properly and it is regretted and sorrowful. Several seminars have been organized in which electronic media representatives and anchorpersons were invited but of no use. He said Media should understand we have given such a large province to Pakistan which is future of the country with regard to its resources. We have small population and massive resources. Those nations have developed whose population is small.
Citing example of Qatar he said our gas production is much more than Qatar but owing to its small population Qatar was exporting its gas making development.
Nawab Zehri said if Reko Diq and other resources are correctly exploited then every family of Balochistan can be paid Rupees 20 to 25 thousand per month.
He said our elders and forefathers embraced martyrdom in fight against Britishers and saved the region. Leaders like Abdul Samad Khan were martyred for the country. We are their inheritance Pakistan is our homeland and our mother and we would never become traitor.
He said terrorists martyred his children but failed to break his commitment. He said there was a time when there was no concept of hoisting national flag and reciting national anthem at educational institutions of Balochistan but owing to our sacrifices Green flag was hoisting all over Balochistan and national song sis sung at every educational institution.
He aid so called separatist elements made target killing of teachers, woman professor, workers and innocent people. Present government due to its untiring worked took several elements involve din target killing to the task.
He said we are living in a conflict zone having long border. Stopping suicide attacks is not possible but our security forces by sacrificing their lives wee trying to stop suicide attacks and many of them have been foiled also.
He said educated an peaceful Balochistan is our vision. We have increased budget for education and health many folds. New universities and colleges have been set up in the province. Every divisional Headquarters has been provided rupees one billion each and every district rupees 200 million under development funds.
To resolve water problem of Quetta city on permanent basis a project has been prepared to bring water form River Indus. It is estimated to cost Rupees 40 billion.
He said mass transit train system was being introduced in Quetta for modern facilities of transport which would be part of CPEC. Chinese company has prepared feasibility report of the project.
