QUETTA Oct 30 (PPI): Balochistan Chief Secretary Saifullah Chatha has directed all the commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, DIGs and SPs to hold candle lighting ceremonies in their respective Divisions and Districts to pay homage to the martyred Police cadets of PTC. Civil society should also be joined at these ceremonies.
