QUETTA, Oct 30 (APP): Chief Secretary Balochistan, Saifullah Chattha has directed district management of all districts of the province to organized candle lighting ceremonies to remember rich tributes to martyrs cadets and personnel of other law enforcement who were martyred in terrorists attacks on Police Training Center Quetta. According to a press release issued here on Sunday, he directed all commissioners, deputy commissioners, DIGs and SPs to arrange ceremonies of candle lighting to pay rich tributes to martyr cadet of PTC Quetta
