CM-Kashgar-Gwadar Mega trade convoy

QUETTA Nov 7 (PPI): Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri terming arrival of Kashgar-Gwadar Mega Trade Convoy through Western route of CPEC has important headway has expressed happiness over movement of goods containers to Gwadar via Balochistan.

He was speaking with Yuan, Chief Adviser Chinese Province of Sink Yang who was leading caravan of containers arrived Quetta here Tuesday.
He told Chief Minister that first part of 200 containers including 60 containers was heading towards Gwadar. This caravan of containers would reach its destination on Nov 12 via Western route. These goods reaching Gwadar from China through containers would then be sent to Middle East and African countries.
FWO representative Col Mansoor told that Pakistani exporters goods are also part of this caravan who are being helped to export their goods from Gwadar port. He told that an inaugural ceremony was being organised on Nov 13 upon arrival of first caravan of CPEC and commencement of export through Gwadar Port Senior civil and military leadership and ambassadors form 15 countries would also attend. He said this route of CPEc would continue to be used in future as well.
Mr Yuan told Chief Minister that oil shipment for China from Saudi Arabia takes 25 to 30 days to reach Shangai while this period would reduce to 10 to 12 days via Gwadar-Kashgar route thus saving time and money. It would benefit both Pakistan and china he added. He told that transportation of goods form Kashgar to Gwadar would take only 5 days.
Stressing need for promotion of mutual relations between two provinces he suggested two cities of Balochistan and Sink Yang province having resemblance should be declared Sister Cities.
It was decided Chief Minister Zehri would visit Sink Yang next month in which different matters relation to promoting of mutual relations would be finalized.
