QUETTA Nov 22 (PPI): Development of any society and equipping new generation education has key role.
This was stated by Acting Governor Ms Rahila Durrani while speaking with a delegation of Science College professors which called on him under the leadership of professor Ainuddin Kibzai here Tuesday.
She said it has been her effort to lead in providing necessary facilities to teachers and stability of educational institutions because with provision of necessary facilities to teachers it would have positive impacts on educational institutions and students.
She said rising above sectoral difference to bring deprived people with torn clothes shoes and working with them gives great satisfaction and it is not available in luxuries of the world. She said imbued with same spirit she has always supported people and served deprived people.
She said education and health two sectors are of priority of the government because when elected representatives take oath their person is left behind and service to masses becomes their top priority and foremost moral duty.
Acting Governor said she never confined her to any specific area but she considers whole of Balochistan as her constituency. She called upon the teachers to do their best for creating mass awareness for girls education because good and quality education of linked with educated mother.
Professors delegation apprised Acting governor of problem of lecturers and professors particularly residential problem. She gave patience hearing and assured of possible cooperation for resolving them.
Opposition leader in Balochistan assembly Maulana Abdul Wasay, Deputy Mayor Yunus Baloch, , Vice chancellor Women University Professor Rukhsana Jabeen, Principal Girls College Quetta Cantt Noor Jahan Khetran and Secretary C&W also called on acting Governor separately.
