Balochistan Govt welcomes SC Commission report on Aug 8 incident

QUETTA Dec 16 (PPI): Government of Balochistan welcomes Supreme Court single bench findings on August 8 incident
This was stated by Spokesperson of Government of Balochistan Anwarul Haq Kakar at a press conference here Friday evening.
Home Minister Sarfraz Bugti was also present.
Spokesperson said that single bench after its hectic work of 56 days gave its observations about Aug 8 incident and threat in the country in face of terrorism. He said from yesterday media commentary on has begun. We are therefore preempting position of provincial and federal government in this view. It must not be hit by non serious. We would place our point of view and stance before Supreme Court in January 2017.
Home Minister Sarfraz Bugti said that our operation in Pishin against terrorists involved in August 8 incident has been appreciated. It was a big success. Government of Balochistan extended all sorts of cooperation with the SC Commission. We are consulting with our legal experts and would place our observations before apex court in January.
He told a questioner we do not want any debate in it but definitely we would take our observations in Supreme Court.
Answering a question Sarfraz Bugti said we have killed terrorists at their hideouts on the basis of intelligence Based Operations (IBOs). We did not give safe passage to terrorism. He said maximum actions have been taken under National Action Plan in Balochistan and Government of Balochistan and people are on front line against terrorism he added.
Answering another question he said we have conducted inquiry into security of civil hospital. Any negligence would be removed.
Replying to a question he said we have porous border. So long we secure our border there will be difficulties.
Anwarul Haq Kakar said we are trying to improve our future by considering commission findings at learning lesson.
Answering yet another question about demand of a political party resignation by Balochistan Chief Minster, Sarfraz Bugti said people of Balochistan have elected their Chief Minister and not the others. It is their right. Entire nation he added was facing menace of terrorism.
